Product: HP ENVY 4520

I bought my HP EVNY 4520 printer in the U.S. and used HP INK 63 cartridges without any issues. After moving to France, I ordered HP 302 cartridges, which are supposedly compatible with the  HP ENVY 4520 printer. However, the printer is telling me that the cartridge is incompatible. Could someone tell me how I can do a region reset on my printer? Thanks!

HP Recommended

Try updating the printer as region locks can be present locking the printer to certain cartridges.
