HP Envoy 4520 prints skipping lines, some lines print fine, but others are skipped entirely or print partially. I have replaced all the ink cartridges, and they say they are now full, I have repeatedly cleaned the cartridge heads but that has not solved the issue. It just doesn't print some lines. The test page has gaps in all the vertical lines. I worked with the virtual assistant, but it just has me repeat the cleaning and aligning steps with no success. Do I need to buy a new printer?

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself.
