HP Envy 4520 Printing Issues

Hello, I have the hp envy 4520 and am having printing issues. The pages print out with banding and are very faint and missing colors. When I print out a black and white page there is banding and poor print quality with the ink being very light. When I go to align the page, the printer does not print out the alignment page with any yellow. When I go to scan the alignment page, it does not get detected. I have tried cleaning the cartidges, aligning the printer, cleaning page smears, and cleaning the cartridges by hand. I used a freshly installed tricolor cartridge too.
