I have HP Envy 4520 printer and whenever I try to print it gives me error message - 'remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed'. This is for color ink cartridge.
I have gone through few steps suggested in this forum by HP support engineers (including cleaning the cartridge connection and resetting the printer) but of no use so far.
I have 'instant ink' account but there also the webservice is not able to read my color ink cartridge status so not able to send me a replacement.
Could someone from HP support team help me here.
Thanks
YK

I received the mail from Instant Ink shipment which had both black and colored cartridges. Once I replaced the colored cartridge, the issue was gone.
Thanks for your support in resolving my issue.
