Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I need to change the printer default setting from best quality to a lower quality because it takes so long to print and uses more ink. I do not have a computer nor have I ever had a computer connected with this printer. I do recall at some point I was printing photos from my iPhone and I was able to change the settings to best quality because I wanted the photos to be more crisp. Since then the printer has taken a very long time to print even very small black and white documents of only 1/2 page. I absolutely do not recall how I was able to change the setting quality to best and now I can not  change it back to the fastest print quality which is lower quality but for printing USPS labels and such it is totally fine as is most black and white documents. I am using an iPhone 13 to do all of my printing from.
