When printing some lines are not printined in full, i.e.. only the bottom half of the character / letter / word(s) in a sentence/line is printed - the top half of the word for a line or lines is cropped off.

It is typically Titles or Headings for a page of text.

This does not happen for lines

Other issues are that if printing pages of text or documents, it will also not print single or paragraphs of text leaving the space blank.

I have carried out the following routines to try to resolve but none have worked

1- Printer head clean

2- Printer head alignment

3- re-install the software

4- update the firmware for printer

5- change to new cartridges
