Hi, 

 

Model: HP Envy 5032

 

Problem: Not printing Black colour and very faded print

 

I have changed the printer Cartridges supplied by HP, after changing them the printer isn't working properly, black colour is not printing. I have tried printing the Print Quality Diagnostic but even that didn't print properly. Has anyone faced a similar issue, please can anyone suggested how to resolve it?
