Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. HP Envy 6055, has no SETUP cartridges.

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need to print and not able to complete set up of printer without error light. I recieved this printer and it did not come with SET Up cartridges. Please help me to bypass this, so I can print.

@MarEk9, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Setup ink cartridges are required to initiate the printer. These are not available in local stores. You get a set of setup ink cartridges in the printer box.

Kindly check inside the printer or the printer box for the setup inks.

 

If not found, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
