HP Recommended

I have an HP Envy 6075, I am getting an E0 error. I have tried all the trouble shooting, removed cartridge and connections look good, they are seated well in the printer.  they were working fine and just stopped, nothing had changed. everything looks fine but error will not resolve.  I am not able to print.  This printer is only 1 year old.  Any help or advice?
