Hi,

 

My printer seems to have run out of Magenta colour only. It is otherwise working but no magenta is NOT being printed at all. I have ran the 'clean cartiridge' process 3 times, and the alignment program using the tools and printed the test pages. Cyan and Yellow and Black are printing ok but on the test pages there is no Magenta at all.

 

The Hp Smart application however is not reporting a fault or saying it is empty, it says everything is ok so it hasn't ordered a replacement and there is no way to order a replacement cartridge manually. Surely there should be a way to order a replacement cartridge and return this one? How can I get this cartridge replaced?
