HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

See several posts on printer printing blank pages.  no responses.  

 

Tried driver update, reinstalling and nothing.  Have new cartridges.

Tried HP SMART Tools Print Reports and get error message printer status unknown. 

But then it prints a blank. 

 

Tried reprinting a document and it prints blank.
