Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP ENVY :Photo 7855 - Color only printing the Magenta Color.  Brand new ink cartridges.  Tested for color on damp cloth.  Used Clean Cartridges 3 times.  Prints black perfect.  Have run Print Quality Diagnostic and Printer Status Report.  

Please - any suggestions.  ?????

PS - Tried to make a copy of a small colored card.  Only thing coming through are in shades of pink.
