Product: HP Envy Pro 6420

I recently bought the HP Envy Pro 6420 because it said it could use thicker stock. I am trying to print on 260gsm and when I try misaligns and doesn't give me the full image or prints a half or quarter then spits it out. There are no error messages and ink is new/full. I have tried loading one sheet at a time or filling it up and I always use the paper guides to hold it in.

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Does the print preview look good?

Refer to the document Product Specifications for the HP ENVY Pro 6420 All-in-One Printer  to learn about the supported paper types and sizes.
