HP INSTANT INK WON'T CONNECT TO MY OFFICEJET PRO 8035

I have gone through all troubleshooting procedures and still can't get printer connected to my Instant Ink account.  Several times I got a green check on home page, but went to get "pages printed" and it said not connected. Tried rebooting printer, router & PC. Everything else working fine and on-line.  Printer window showing error message "- SERVER PROBLEM".

Been disconnected since 12/4 and not counting pages printed or ink levels.  Any help appreciated, Thanks.
