Hi,
I bought a HP Ink Cartridge 63XL on 9/2/23 from Walmart Store# 02883. Printer couldn't detect the cartridge at all. I went to Walmart for exchange but they refused as I opened the box.
What is HP's policy for defective cartridge? I spent ~$50 for a defective cartridge and I want a resolution.
