Anyone else CONSTANTLY get defective cartridges through instant ink. Every delivery I’ve gotten for color and black one is always defective. Then I will get an HP one from the store and it will work. It’s not user error, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps, and store bought cartridges work. Instant ink seems to provide trash cartridges that I always have to get with a customer service rep who tries to take me through ALL the troubleshooting steps over again. Then I have to take pictures of the cartridge that’s defective and I don’t have time to do this for every delivery. Anyone else experiencing this?
