HP Instant Ink Faulty Cartridge

Hi there,

 

I'm subscribed to the HP Instant Ink service on my printer and was wondering if it's possible to order replacement cartridges. Both cartridges are displaying as having an error, I've been through all the troubleshooting steps and the problem is still not resolved so I need to replace them.

I am on instant ink and the shipment says I have one laying around, not helpful since  I installed mine when it came in last time but I need more ink and it doesn’t show any coming.
