I have very recently had a issue with 'incompatible' ink cartridges not working that have been sent via my HP Instant Ink account.
Having looked into this further, we were originally sent Instant Ink 912/912XL cartridges which worked fine, but now I have noticed the latest cartridges are Instant Ink 910/912/914/915 - which have now given the incompatible error and will not print.
I have just put the original 912/912XL cartridges back in tonight and it now prints and the error message has gone.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I am going to try and contact the Help Centre to raise this issue and request replacement cartridges ASAP as we are home schooling the children and need the printer working.
