HP Instant Ink free trial changed from 6 month to 2 month without a reason

Hi Kumar,

 

I have the same issue as @sjxy88. I just purchased a new printer and per the brochure in the box, I should be entitled to a 6-month free trial. However, when I sign up the Instant Ink account, I only have the trial of 2-month. Please advise.

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months.

 

Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

If not, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
