The worst customer service, nobody could tell me how to get the Claim Code to connect my printer to Instanink, also it seemed incredible that the person who attended me knew Spanish but due to HP policy He could not speak Spanish, what kind of racist policy is that . Why HP does not have a policy that says that people who speak Spanish should not buy their products.
