Dear Team, I have been trying to subscribe to inkjet catridge option but every time i am unable to complete my order.Even I have tried to contact HP for online support but it is still not resolved

 

Could you please enroll me for the 50 pages /month scheme.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with enrolling in the Instant Ink program.

 

Are you getting any error messages?

 

To check if this mode printer is eligible for instant ink. Click here

 

You may use the home page of Instant Ink to enroll the printer by selecting a plan.

 

Turn On Web Services: Turning on Web Services allows your printer to communicate securely over the internet with web-connected printing services, such as HP ePrint cloud printing and HP Instant Ink delivery services.

 

If you have tried all of the steps from these documents and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support. They will help you via remote assistance.
