HP Officejet Pro 9019
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Received my OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer today and it was advertised has coming with 12 months of HP Instant Ink free however on the sign up page for Instant ink it says that I am only entitled to 1 month of instant ink. I am afraid to sign up for instant ink right away in case I lose the year long free trial. I looked in the printer box and on the printer to see if there was a promotional code or something that I needed to use to get the trial but didn’t find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Username9019, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Is the 12 months free ink offer mentioned on the printer box?

Also, check if this is an HP OfficeJet Pro 9019 or HP OfficeJet Pro 9019e (HP+ capable). It will be mentioned on the printer box.

If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, go ahead and enroll the printer in Instant Ink and you should find the 12 free months credited to your Instant Ink account in 24hrs.

If this does not happen, not to worry, to assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
