Hi there,

 

Purchased the HP ENVY 6032. States everywhere 5 month free trial. I signed up and enrolled for the 100 page a month, I go into my Instant Ink account and there's not a single mention of any 'free' months and I've checked in the account history, nothing just states I will be charged when I install my first ink cartridge from the welcome pack. I've looked everywhere, done everything and see no reference to a free trail no promo code, just nothing? None of it's clear at all?

 

Please can someone advise on how to actually get my trial after enrolling already but now appear to be being charged?
