ExHP Laser Jet Pro MFP M227fdn ample: Pavilion 6530
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

At our company we have hadPrinter plastic.jpg six HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M227fdn printers.  This is the third printer to make bad noises when printing and then after about a week of the noises there are small black pieces to come out of the printer with the paper. Has anyone else experiences this and is there a fix instead of buying new?  Picture attached.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Are you using genuine HP cartridges?

What media is used with the printer?

I won't be surprised if such is a result of using a media not intended for Laser printers, which may result a such due to paper not intended for laser printers, which use much more heat and may cause such when using media not intended for a such
