I have a HP LaserJet 400 color, it's been a great color printer as I've had it for several years. My org will not let me get a new one so I fix this or it's junk and I'm out of luck.

When I print in color, it leaves blue streaks (horizontal) on the page. I'll attach a picture. Please advise - I appreciate it.

Cyan toner cartridge is causing streaks replace it, and the magenta cartridge is leaving dots
