HP LaserJet MFP M477fnw duplicating format and text horizontally down page

Printer is duplicating lines and text on certain places of paper, sometimes overlapping with text. It is now happening with every print and is not random.

That is a damaged fuser roller, a very common issue on that printer model.
The printer needs to be repaired, nothing you can do. There are two options cheaper to get a replacement fuser roller but very complicated to replace, and more expensive is replacing a complete fuser which is like a 10-minute job.
