Hello HP community.  Hope you can help.

I own a new:

HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

It sat in my office for over a year.  It was tested when first set up and everything function accordingly.  Because of Covid-19 i closed my office and took the laserjet printer home.  I was careful in transport with safe arrival to my home office.

When I configured and ran test print I ran into a frustrating problem. I get a vertical wet type smear down my page in two locations.  i tried printing in various colors and black only and smear smudge remains in same location down page.

I have tried:

Cleaning/ and calibration settings several times.

cleaned all rollers.

inspected roller tray

ran multiple test prints

reran cleaning.

----------------------------

I have not changed color or black cartridges because they register full.  Don't thing that is the issue as I have inspected all carts.

wet smudge occurs when printing color or black.  I will upload some examples .  Please help get this fixed.  its literally a brand new machine .

examples:  Please pin ponit the problem.  i am very technical and will complete the repair.
