HP LaserJet enterprise M552 does not print Black even on the demo page

 

I have tried with the printer is in ready state to do an engine test by putting something that fits in the little hole at rear panel of the printer next to the formatter. When I get the test page I get the three coloured lines across the page but I don't get a black one.

 

Any idea how to resolve this please? I have no errors or lights flashing etc.
