Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M452dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer has been printing extra, faint lines along the far edge of the paper on anything I print lately. It's also speckling little dots on the opposite side of the paper. I've tried running a cleaning page, but nothing changes. I found a page on HP's site saying something about "cleaning the printheads through the HP Utility", but I have no idea how to even open said Utility? How do I stop the printer from doing this?
