Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015dn Printer

Our HP Laserjet P3015dn displays the message "USED SUPPLY IN USE Economode disabled".  Our last two new HP CE255A cartridges have been confirmed as "Genuine" using HP's authentication procedure.  The 2nd was bought directly From HP. Model CE528A. Serial [Personal Information Removed].  Firmware version 20140723 07.186.1.  DC Controller Version: 06.028 (11)
