Curious if anybody has had the prints come out anywhere from 1" - 2.5" short?

I had tech support help me through a firmware reinstall due to rollers not advancing. It did fix the issue, but about a month after that the printer started printing short. I have turned off the machine and retried printing, but it doesn't happen all the time, just somewhere out of the blue it does this on one or two prints, totally inconsistent.
