Hello everyone, i have a Latex 370 printer and i have a strange issue. Few weeks ago it stopped seeing intermediate Cyan tank. I went to check and discovered contacts on PIP were bent(still have no clue how that happened). I went on to straighten those contacts and tried original cartridge with no luck, i went on and bought new cartridge with no luck. I ended up replacing PIP module and using new intermediate tank. Printer started up fine and i was able to run it for some time. Now i have an error "Intermediate tank empty Replace intermediate tank". I tried another new intermediate tank and it only lasted one print job. Back to the same error. Am i missing something? The 3L tank is also brand new. I did not do the PIP calibration since i do not know how its done. I will very much appreciate any help guiding me in a right direction with that issue. The ink is all original HP supplies as well as all parts. Any help will help, thank you!
