HP Recommended

I'm having an issue with my HP M404 laserjet printer. I'm working IT at a school and we recently ordered the printer along with a third party toner. The third party toner was not working correctly and upon trying to print, the printer would print blank pages.

 

The school then ordered a genuine HP toner and I installed it. Upon printing, the pages are printing extremely light, to the point where you can barely make out any of the letters.

 

I've tried just about every troubleshooting step there is online. Any ideas?
