Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I've cleaned the laser unit and performed general servicing.

I have replaced two new cartridges but still have the same issue.

Any ideas on what could cause this issue? (Note that all cartridges are compatible.)

Voids on left side in black print are likely a faulty black cartridge. The magenta dots on the right side are consistent with a failed drum in the magenta cartridge.
