Hello! My printer suddenly started giving a message that the carriage is jammed, but it moves smoothly back and forth until it gets to the far right where it clunks down, slightly, and you have to really grab hold and pull to get it to move back. There’s nothing in the way, so I looked inside with a flashlight and on the right side there is black ink all over the bottom, but the cartridge doesn’t show any signs that it’s leaked. Any ideas ??? It’s warranty has expired and was purchased in 2017. Thanks !
