HP OJP 6975 no longer prints in color, printer screen, MacBook Air, Sonoma 14.4.1or iPhone 15.

HP OJP 6975 no longer prints in color.  Doesn't matter if print request is made from MacBook Air, Sonoma 14.4.1, or,  iPhone 15, or, having item placed on the print screen.  New color cart were installed. Print hears were cleaned and realigned.  Printer was turned off and unplugged, then restarted.  It used to print in color.

Thank you for any direction to fix the problem.

I understand that you are facing issues with the printing in color. 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs service. 

However, Install HP Easy Start HP Easy Start is the new way to set up your HP printer and prepare your Mac for printing. HP Easy Start will locate and install the latest software for your printer and then guide you through printer setup.
