HP Recommended

My HP Office Jet 6962 all-in-one printer recently stopped printing properly. There were large blotches of black ink missing all over the page when I had never experienced any printing/ink issues before. I decided to go get new ink and purchased the bulk pack of HP902 cartridges, then installed all 4 new cartridges. Now the printer will not print anything. No b&w, no colors. I tried installing updates/drivers, unplugging and re-starting the printer. Nothing is working. Any suggestions?
