Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer had stopped printing all colors but Black and Yellow, after a restart of my computer and printer, it started printing all colors again; however, now the Blue and Yellow print as if the color is running out.  Blue has pink stripes in it and yellow has faded stripes.  I've cleaned the printer head several times, restarted it, unplugged it for a few mins and restarted it, installed new cartridges (even though the cartridges in it were new), and nothing has improved.  Any advice out there?
