I bought this printer new a few months ago, I have had nothing but issues with the Blue (Cyan) ink.  I have replaced it twice to see if it fixed this problem, but did not.  Anything that should be blue, prints light pink.  This has been in the issue right out of the box.  I just replaced it again with HP Instant Ink that I got today.  I have reset the printer and performed cleaning with the software.  Nothing has fixed this.

I understand the printer is not printing in Cyan. 

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a quality report.

 

If the issue persists, since you have tried a new ink cartridge and have the same issue, I'm afraid the printhead has gone bad.  Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
