Product: EHP Office jet Pro 8600 Plus

Hi there,

My printer just started to act up today.  When I print a pic, it prints, but down the middle it did not print.  I have rebooted it, changed ink, looked for jammed paper and had it scanned/fix thru the app. It only does this when i click on a pic, right click it to print and when I want 2 5x7s, it only prints part of it. Thoughts?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Since this happens only while printing pictures, let us know the size and weight of the paper being used.

 

From which Application are you printing? Did you try a different application?
