HP OfficeJet 3830 all in one Has No Setting Option For Color

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP OfficeJet 3830 all in one was printing in black and color yesterday but only printing in black today.  I have unistalled and reinstalled 2 times already.  The HP Scan Doctor did not show a problem and the test print page from running that scan only printed in black and white. 

 

The below snap shot from Advanced Settings shows that there is no drop down setting option for "Color."  How do I repair this or what driver download is missing?

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
