Hello, 

 

my magenta is not working on my printer.  I have purchased twice a new ink magenta cartridge.  I have cleaned, aligned the print heads. I have also reset to manufacturer default the printer.  On the print status report, the magenta color does not print. The serial number is TH1124P101.  Your help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

If the fault still remains, it could be something in the print head or ink system.

as per my initial message, I did all these steps before contacting you.  aside contacting a repair person, which will cost me as much money than to purchase a new printer,  anything that I can do?

One of the alternatives would be to change the print head.

 

But as he states that he has already contacted a trusted technician, see with him the possibility of an attempt to clean and exchange this supply, at least for testing.
