Buenos dias

 

Me gustaria saber si alguien a podido solucionar un error que aparece en estos equipos derivado de la ultima actualizacion del firmware, yo uso los cartuchos originales y de repente cuando iba a reemplazar el cartucho cian, me aparecio el mensaje de que "un cartucho esta dañado o no es compatible" que debia retirarlo e instalar cartuchos originales cuando estoy usando pursos cartuchos orginales y ademas estan algo costosos por eso quisiera seguri usando laimpresora ya que e invertido en comprar los cartuchos y nada que os reconoce
