Hi

 

My printer has had an issue where the ink stops being used randomly. Sometimes it happens as little as the attached picture and sometimes barely prints anything on the page. It happens in both black and colored ink. This issue has been happening consistently for months now.

 

To troubleshoot I’ve done all of the included maintenance procedures in the software multiple times, I’ve made sure the firmware’s up to date, I’ve replaced ink cartridges with new ones, and I’ve scoured the internet for suggestions, but no problems seem to match this one. I haven’t gone into the printer to clean anything besides the ink cartridges.

 

Any ideas? Thanks

I understand that you are having issues with the print quality. 

 

Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.           

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, after replacing the cartridges, this could be a hardware issue. I recommend you contact phone support.
