I would like to know what the difference is between the OfficeJet Pro 8025 and the 8025e and does it affect the insta Ink program being a e model ?

Hi,
The printer have no technical differences, but only marketing differences with Instant Ink Usage:

The 8025e Includes HP+ for 6 free months of Instant Ink and an extended 2-year HP warranty, when using the service, you may find detailed information within its specification above.
You may also find the information for the 8025 model below: to review it, its technical specifications are the same:
