HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-In-One Printer

HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-In-One printer would not print due to paper jam.  Corrected paper jam.  Started printing again and only Blue and Black ink was being printed on printouts.  Checked cartridges and all colors (Yellow, Magenta & Cyan) and Black ink cartridges indicated near full.  Before then printer printed all colors with excellent Quality.  Any ideas where i need to start looking?

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Clean the printhead up to 2 times, print a quality report as shown in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

 

Try making a black and color copy from the scanner glass.
