What exactly is the error message on the computer or printer screen? Most likely you will need to contact your supplier. It sounds like the cartridge has an issue.

The cartridges you purchased were non-HP original cartridges. I suggest you contact your supplier for a refund/replacement. The printer you have requires genuine HP cartridges; the cartridges you purchased will not work.
