So quite sometime now my HP OfficeJet printer is only printing in black. I have changed the cartridges multiple times and it doesn’t print in cyan or magenta. I have tried running the test and cleaning the cartridge as indicated on the printer menu, but nothing works has happened to anyone and do you have any idea how I can fix it?

Hi @NancyV28,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are having issues with the printer not printing in color.
This could be an issue with the printer drivers installed. Follow the steps below-
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
I would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:
• Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
• Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
