Product: HP 3830
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I've read and followed all the steps detailed in this post https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Officejet-3830-will-not-... 

 

That includes:

* Hard & Factory Reset

* Cleaned cartridge - both normal and deep

* Replaced black cartridge again

 

However, no matter what I do, I can't get this HP 3830 to print black ink. Help please.
