Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just installed all new HP cartridges for all 4 colors. Initially, there was nothing printing from all programs I tried printing from. I ran through the clean printhead several times. It started printed black and blue, but it is still streaky/faded. The magenta and yellow are not printing at all. I tried running the printhead 3 more times, but it has not changed and a message popped up that says to reach out to service. My ink cartridges are now showing low due to this and the printer is still not printing. What would the next step be?

@Tiffany2020, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Were the old ink cartridges working fine?

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink is Not Printing, and the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue either with the ink cartridges or the printer itself.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
